Orders;
Payment Terms; Interest; Taxes
Orders are not binding upon Elicole LLC until accepted by Elicole LLC.
Terms of payment are within Elicole LLC's sole discretion. After ordering the products, credit card
charges are processed online using the services provided by PayPal. Invoices are
due and payable at the time of purchase. The Customer is responsible
for sales and all other taxes associated with the order. Michigan Sales tax (6 %) applies to all retail orders with a Michigan shipping address.
Freight
Policy
Shipping and handling charges on all orders are added during the customer checkout services. United States Postal Service Priority Mail is used for all shipping. For
the Elicole LLC's and the Customer's protection, a signature confirmation is required upon delivery and we ship only to the verified billing address
